Your Confirmation is about uniting your will to the will of God and accepting and pursuing the plan that He has for you. This plan will set you free, motivate your heart, and empower your spirit to help you live your best life as the best version of who you are.

Ember Team is a call and an opportunity to flex your spiritual muscles by serving your peers and your community in radical ways. We need you. The Church needs you.

What is Ember Team?
Ember Team is a peer leadership team made up of teens in grades 10 and above who have received the Sacrament of Confirmation.

What does Ember Team do?
Ember Team seeks to serve the Church by witnessing the Catholic Faith through prayer, community life, leadership, service, and evangelization. Ember Team is an opportunity to serve while having fun. It forms youth leaders who are strong in their faith. By serving together, Ember Team creates a firm bond of friendship. The youth leaders as a whole grow passionate about their faith and their desire to share it. Whether during youth group nights, retreats, mission trips, or conferences, Ember Team grows in leadership and faith.

Ok... but, like, what do they do?
Primarily Ember Team is tasked with co-leading Sunday Night Youth Group (IMPACT) along with the Core Team and Parent Support Teams. Duties include giving testimonies, various kinds of service, and leading games, prayer, and other activities.

Is Ember Team trained to do this?
Each Sunday, Ember Team meets before youth group to grow deeper in fellowship and understanding of their faith. The youth leaders receive training through praying with each other, conversing on weekly lessons, and coming up with games and activities.
